Biography

Hazel K. Smith is a dedicated McDonald’s Owner/Operator whose journey began in 1993. Today, she owns six McDonald’s restaurants in Houston and leads a team of more than 450 employees. Passionate about developing people and creating opportunities, she serves in leadership roles within the McDonald’s community and is deeply committed to giving back through the Smith Foundation, which provides scholarships and educational support to deserving students. Guided by a belief in positively impacting others, Hazel is known for her commitment to mentorship, community service, and helping young people reach their potential.
